   Join Salas Travel Peru on an unforgettable journey through Maras and Moray, two of the most fascinating sites in the Sacred Valley. Our adventure begins in Cusco, where we will pick you up from a central location before setting off on a scenic drive through the breathtaking Andean landscapes.

      Maras and Moray

      Our first stop is the town of Maras, known for its charming colonial architecture and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Next, we visit the Moray archaeological site, home to impressive circular terraces believed to have been an Inca agricultural laboratory. Our expert guide will explain the significance of this site and how the Incas used it to experiment with different crops.

      Salt Mines

      After exploring Moray, we continue to the Salineras de Maras, an ancient salt production site still in use today. Thousands of salt pools create a mesmerizing sight, and we’ll learn about the traditional harvesting techniques passed down through generations.

      Return to Cusco

      Finally, we will take a relaxing drive back to Cusco, reflecting on the incredible landscapes and history we have experienced. The tour concludes with a drop-off at the original pickup point.
